12. KA AI Chat — Data Practices

12.1 Information Collected Through AI Chat

When you interact with AI Chat, we may collect: (a) the text of your prompts and questions submitted to AI Chat; (b) the AI-generated responses returned to you; (c) session and timestamp metadata associated with your conversations; and (d) any feedback you voluntarily provide about AI Chat responses. You must not submit any Protected Health Information (PHI) or personally identifiable patient data through AI Chat.

12.2 How We Use AI Chat Data

We use AI Chat conversation data to: (a) deliver AI Chat responses to you in real time; (b) monitor for safety, quality, and compliance with our Terms of Service; (c) evaluate and improve the performance and accuracy of AI Chat during the Beta period; and (d) conduct internal analytics and research to support platform development. AI Chat conversations are not shared with other users or used to personalize content for other members.

12.3 AI Technology Partners

AI Chat is powered by third-party artificial intelligence technology providers (“AI Partners”). Your prompts and conversation data may be transmitted to and processed by our AI Partners solely for the purpose of generating responses and improving AI Chat. Our AI Partners are contractually required to handle your data in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable law. We do not permit AI Partners to use your data for their own independent model training without your separate consent. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of our AI Partners, which will be identified on our website.

12.4 Retention of AI Chat Data

We retain AI Chat conversation logs for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this section, to comply with legal obligations, and to support the ongoing improvement of AI Chat during the Beta period. You may request deletion of your AI Chat conversation history by contacting us at [email protected], subject to applicable legal requirements and technical limitations.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
